Patient Services Team Lead

We’re searching for a Patient Services Team Lead to join our dynamic, team-focused environment and help drive quality, value, and access for patients in the 21st Century. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a front‑office team, coordinate work schedules, oversee daily operations, and assist with recruitment. Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, payors and regulators, ensuring accurate registration and billing. Manage phone, patient flow and back‑office coordination. Lead process improvement projects and enforce compliance with patient privacy and safety. You Will Lead a team of employees. Provide training, inspiration, and guidance to develop team members. Coordinate work schedules, oversee front office operations, and help interview candidates. Cover staff vacation and sick time. Greet patients and visitors warmly. Act as liaison between physicians and patients. Register patients, verify insurance, collect signatures and ensure accurate documentation. Update patient / physician / insurance information and maintain proper billing and collection of co‑pays. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Guide patients through the (occasionally difficult) process, answering questions. Notify staff of patient arrival and coordinate with back‑office for timely care. Participate in and lead projects to improve center operations and quality patient care. Safeguard patient property, health information, and on‑site medications in line with laws and company policy. Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers; respect boundaries and cultural sensitivities. Communicate diplomatically with patients, families and the public. Build, nurture and maintain cooperative working relationships. If You Are Passionate about patient care and apply sound judgement in all situations. Have a structured work approach, prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment, and solve complex problems. To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have At least 3+ years of experience as a Patient Service Representative in a radiology center. High school diploma.
