Job Title: Revit Drafter Job Description

Create high-quality Revit drawings that impress customers, facilitate the permit process, and ensure smooth progression of home building projects.

• Craft high-quality Revit drawings in collaboration with the sales team.
• Assist in creating permit sets for county approval.
• Engage in high-level problem solving to enhance project outcomes.
• Develop smarter and faster workflows to improve efficiency.

• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Microsoft applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with BIM, drafting, design, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

• Identify problems and develop problem-solving processes.
• Exhibit crystal-clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 40 hours per week. You will work under the guidance of a 30-year industry leader and collaborate closely with a dynamic sales and purchasing team. This is a Permanent position based out of Midlothian, VA.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
