Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical Traveler Nurse position is located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized nursing care on the Medical Surgical floor, with a focus onTelemetry, basic dysrhythmia management, and cross-unit floating. Candidates are required to bring their Massachusetts Registered Nurse license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Hours: Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Required Qualifications: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license; a minimum of 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience; telemetry experience required; willingness to float required; Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required; certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) must be in hand at profile upload; Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma level settings, teaching hospital experience, proficiency with Epic Electronic Medical Record system.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must upload all required documentation, including signed supervisory references within the past two years, and include their permanent address in the profile. All scheduling requests must be made at submission, as requests after offer may lead to rescinding. Candidates must have their own vehicle, and all RTO (return to office) requests should be included in the profile.
