Optimum Rv Service TechnicianOptimum RV is a premier RV dealership committed to providing quality service and a wide selection of recreational vehicles. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our service team and ensure our customers' RVs are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. Hourly pay relative to level of work experience; available weekly production bonuses, add an additional 20% to total weeks pay.Dealership Location: 4460 US-77 Business, Robstown, TX 78380Responsibilities:Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a variety of recreational vehicles. The primary duties will include:Performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure RVs meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customers.Documenting all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership's service management system.Communicating with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance work.Keeping up-to-date with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and technical bulletins.Maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.All other responsibilities as assigned.Willing to learn all aspects of RV repair including house repairsCurrent certification (RVIA/RVDA/RVTI) OR interest in completing online training courses for RVIA certification***Paid on-the-job RVTI Technician Certification Training***
