Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care across a full spectrum of surgical procedures and specialties
• Support both general elective surgeries and critical or life-saving surgical interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility attendance and scheduling policies, including strict punctuality requirements for all assigned shifts
• Complete a skills checklist within one year of application as required for RN specialties

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN License (LARA and Nursys verification required)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Must not have been a full-time employee of the hiring facility within the past six months
• Must live at least 35 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Orthopedic, General, Endo-Vascular, Urology, or OB surgical settings
• Familiarity with health system-wide profile and compliance standards
