About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the organization. This includes managing the financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes. The successful candidate will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's mission. The ideal CFO for the company will have a proven track record in a senior financial management role, with experience in the healthcare or philanthropic sectors being a plus. A deep understanding of financial management principles, as well as the ability to lead and develop a finance team, is essential. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to drive the financial performance of the organization and support its long-term growth and sustainability. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and a Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
