Duration: Contract - 6 months, temp-to-perm possible

Job Description
We are seeking a Tax Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in year-end tax reporting including Forms 1099 and 1042-S processing and a proven ability to execute and enhance tax operations workflows and controls.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the Year-End Tax Reporting Tactical Plan, including 1099 and 1042-S processing.
Process NRA tax adjustments for non-U.S. clients.
Execute daily and monthly tax workflows and process tax adjustments.
Support regulatory changes that require system and workflow enhancements.
Support tax product enhancements and related operational readiness.
Assist in the development and production of monthly management reporting.
Help enhance the productivity of the unit through process improvements.
Assist management with implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, and controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent job experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with professional communication.
Analytical aptitude with problem resolution skills.
Self-starter mindset with objective and results orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
Preferred Skills:
Time management and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work overtime as needed and maintain reliable attendance.
Work Schedule & Hours:
Hybrid schedule. Three days in office and two days remote.
Expected weekly hours: 40.
