Senior Product Manager, Search Ads Syndication

Drive advertiser satisfaction and outcomes across the Search Partner Network by leading SAS engineering teams and cross-Product Area partners from the Advertiser Platform and SAGE.Guide teams to ship features that help Google deliver better outcomes for both advertisers and users on the network.Define the goal and roadmap for advertiser protections on the Search Partner Network (SPN), ensuring predictability, transparency, and controls that drive sustainable net opt-in.Act as the chief product liaison to Global Product Solutions and Sales Leadership, leading go-to-market strategy, executive communications, advertiser feedback loops, and reactive/proactive communications for network changes.Partner with Engineering, Search Ads Auction and Prediction, Smart Bidding, Trust and Safety, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs to balance advertiser ROI with ecosystem health.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role.3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).Experience leading cross-functional alignment and managing partnerships with business-facing organizations.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a technology or business related field.Experience in digital advertising, ad tech networks, search monetization, auction mechanisms, or syndication platforms.Experience designing feature protections, fraud/policy controls, transparency mechanisms, or privacy-enhancing features for multi-sided marketplace platforms.Experience leveraging feedback mechanisms, sentiment metrics, and quantitative analysis to drive product decisions and executive communication.At Google, we put our users first. You will own advertiser satisfaction and outcomes across the Search Partner Network (SPN), leading SAS engineering and cross-Product Area teams from the Advertiser Platform and SAGE to ship features that drive stronger results.
