Adhere to service and courtesy standards, delivering the highest patient satisfaction. Provide patient care within the clinical area, complying with professional bylaws, regulations, and university policies. Serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff. Record all services rendered accurately and maintain complete, acceptable documentation. Complete necessary documentation and ensure communication to facilitate patient care and appropriate reimbursement. Participate in meetings and activities to support urgent‑care operations. Engage in professional development activities, complete and maintain certifications (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS or NALS) and any specialty training required. Report to the Regional Medical Director (RMD) and/or Area Clinical Operations Director (ACOD). Minimum Qualifications Board certified (or eligible) and licensed to practice medicine in Ohio. Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current DEA registration. DOT certification. Experience with procedures such as suturing and drainage of abscesses. Experience reading diagnostic studies, including x‑rays and EKGs. BLS certification (provided if needed). Meeting eligibility requirements for credentialing set by WellStreet Urgent Care. Preferred experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. Effective communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues. Personal Characteristics Outstanding bedside manner with children and adults.
