Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Epic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout their shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and assess patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Epic experience required.
• Completion of required health history and vaccinations.
