We are seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and management. Duties

- Manage and lead a team of staff members to ensure smooth operations

- Oversee food production, quality control, and presentation standards

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

- Supervise food handling procedures to meet safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills

- Proven experience in the management and hospitality industry

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate staff members

- Proficient in food handling techniques and maintaining high cleanliness standards

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
