You'll have the opportunity to shape our recruiting strategy, strengthen our employer brand, and create an outstanding candidate experience while helping drive the company's continued growth.If you're passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers and enjoy building relationships in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoLead Full-Cycle RecruitingManage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance.Develop recruiting strategies tailored to technical, engineering, sales, and corporate positions.Source active and passive candidates through multiple recruiting channels.Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.Coordinate interviews, candidate travel, assessments, and offer logistics.Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Build Talent PipelinesDevelop long-term talent pipelines for high-demand and difficult-to-fill positions.Build relationships with industry professionals, trade schools, universities, military transition programs, and professional organizations.Represent DN Solutions America at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.Partner with Hiring ManagersConsult with managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning priorities.Assist with developing job descriptions and recruiting strategies.Provide market insights, salary trends, and recruiting recommendations.Coach managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selection.Strengthen Employer BrandingHelp position DN Solutions America as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry.Create engaging job postings and recruiting marketing materials.Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience.Promote company culture through social media, networking events, and recruiting campaigns.Drive Recruiting ExcellenceTrack recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.Continuously improve recruiting processes and workflows.Maintain applicant tracking system data and recruiting documentation.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.Support Human ResourcesAssist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.Support employee engagement initiatives, career fairs, internship programs, and HR projects.Provide recruiting-related reporting and workforce analytics.Assist the HR team with special projects and organizational initiatives.What You'll BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade positions preferred.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsManufacturing or industrial recruiting experience.Experience recruiting field service engineers, sales professionals, CNC technicians, or engineering talent.Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.Experience supporting employer branding initiatives.Familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.What Success Looks LikeYou'll be successful in this role by:Filling positions with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.Building strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.Creating an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.Developing proactive talent pipelines that reduce time-to-fill.Strengthening DN Solutions America's reputation as an employer of choice.Continuously improving recruiting processes through data-driven decision-making.Why Join DN Solutions America?At DN Solutions America, you'll join a collaborative HR team where your ideas are valued and your impact is visible.
