Position Overview Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients ages 16 and older, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
