OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as the coordinator of the center’s wound team, overseeing the skin management program and ensuring quality patient care. Responsibilities include leading weekly wound rounds, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans, collecting and analyzing pressure ulcer data, and documenting physician orders and preventive interventions.
