This role is accountable for operational excellence, manufacturing performance, organizational effectiveness, and business results through leadership of Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Demand Planning, Digitization, and Strategic Transformation initiatives.This executive leader is responsible for developing and executing global operations strategies that optimize manufacturing footprint, supply chain performance, product quality, cost competitiveness and business scalability. The role ensures seamless integration across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, fulfillment, and continuous improvement activities to deliver world-class operational performance.This role plays a critical strategic leadership role, partnering closely with SBU leadership, Engineering, Finance, Sales, regional teams, and manufacturing sites worldwide to drive performance, resilience, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end value chain.
