Job Summary The Dunklin R-5 School District is seeking enthusiastic and student-centered individuals to fill a full-time Bus Driver position. Class B CDL is required; training will be provided. The district will pay to train for the driving portion of the test. Pass the written permit for Class B CDL. Pass a pre‑employment drug screening. Submit FBI and Family Care Safety Registry background checks. Compensation & Benefits Starting Date: Upon Hire Salary Range: $20.00 to $23.06 per hour, commensurate with education and experience. Benefits: District‑paid health, life, and dental insurance; fee‑based in‑district childcare for ages birth through two, with preschool available from ages 3 to 5; PEERS Retirement; optional supplemental insurance plans; optional 403(b) and 457 plans; nine personal days; paid jury duty; five paid bereavement days.
