Litigation Paralegal

Role Description Benjamin Roberts Law, PLLC is a Houston-based personal injury law firm with over 15 years of experience advocating for injured clients throughout Texas. Our team is committed to helping clients recover the compensation they deserve while providing compassionate, personalized service during difficult times. This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal position located in the Greater Houston area. Responsibilities Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents Manage litigation deadlines, court settings, hearings, depositions, and trial calendars Prepare and respond to written discovery Review and summarize medical records, billing records, discovery responses, and case materials Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, experts, providers, and other parties Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Assist attorneys with case strategy, document organization, and trial binders Maintain accurate case information in the firm’s case management system Ensure compliance with court rules, filing requirements, and deadlines Qualifications Prior litigation paralegal experience required Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and deadlines Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and litigation correspondence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines Proficiency with e-filing systems and legal software Experience with Filevine, Lead Docket, or similar case management software is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid time off Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
