Key Responsibilities: Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment Support in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Provide excellent customer service by supporting bartenders and engaging with guests when appropriate Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the bar area regularly Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of bar operations and safety standards is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive attitude and professional appearance At Sugar Pine Lounge, we pride ourselves on fostering a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where team members can grow and thrive.
