Customer Care Representative (B2B)

Be the voice that keeps everything moving.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Customer Care Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you won’t just answer questions—you’ll play a critical part in ensuring a seamless experience from quote to delivery and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email
Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
Track shipments, expedite orders, and provide timely updates
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
Manage returns (RMAs) and ensure smooth resolution
Support the outside sales team with orders, samples, and requests
Collaborate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of customer service experience (B2B preferred, but not required)
Experience with order entry, quotes, or similar responsibilities is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
High attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with automation or similar product lines is a plus
Basic math skills and comfort working with systems
ERP experience required (P21 is a plus, but not required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
Bilingual skills are a plus
