Senior Cost Manager

Our client is a growing owner's rep serving a wide variety of clients throughout the New York metro area. Their team partners directly with owners and developers to successfully deliver complex projects from planning through closeout. They are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management services across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities Lead project cost management services from pre-development through project closeout Develop conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction cost estimates Prepare and maintain project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts Conduct value engineering analyses and provide cost-saving recommendations Review design documents and assess cost implications throughout the design process Evaluate contractor bids, proposals, change orders, and payment applications Monitor project expenditures and forecast final project costs Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies Collaborate with project management teams to ensure alignment between budget, schedule, and project objectives Qualifications 4-7 years of construction cost management, estimating, quantity surveying, or related experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field Prior experience with an Owner's Representative, Project Management, Consulting, Cost Consulting, or Development firm strongly preferred Understanding of RICS Level 3 competencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
