Urgently Hiring Delivery Drivers in Rochester, NY

FastMile Logistics LLC is actively hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages in the Rochester area.

We are an independent company that partners with Amazon to deliver packages safely and on time. We are building a strong team from the ground up and are looking for dependable delivery drivers who want consistent work, growth opportunities, and a supportive team cultre.

As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will:

• Drive an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle OR Rental
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Work independently while being part of a team
• Stay active throughout your shift (this is a physical, fast-paced job)

Schedule:

• Day shift (11:30AM Start time)
• 8–10 hour shifts
• 3–5 days per week
• Consistent full-time hours (36–40 per week) *Performance Driven
• One weekend day required

Compensation & Benefits

• $21.00 – $23.50 per hour

Qualifications

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful Delivery Associates enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. 

Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Military  veterans are welcome!
• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related)  driving experience is a plus , but not mandatory

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle at all times
• Deliver 200–250+ packages per day
• Load and organize packages at the warehouse
• Use a company device for navigation and delivery confirmation
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service

Delivery Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
