Position OverviewThe Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) - Iowa position is responsible for understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. The Clinical Specialists partner with Territory Managers to demo FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close deals, and ensure ongoing positive customer experience. Visit: DescriptionEssential Job FunctionsPartner with Territory Manager in assigned territory to understand prospect's clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite's products, and close new dealsResponsible for implementing FUJIFILM Sonosite product at customer site and training customer on how to use new productsOwn post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues, to ensure ongoing positive customer experienceSupport Territory Manager counterpart by maintaining FUJIFILM Sonosite presence and relationships at installed base client sitesWork to convey overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products for users and other stakeholders within customer siteWork with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate Fujifilm Sonosite's products in the field, when neededIdentify potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and bring opportunity to the attention of Territory Manager to pursue and close dealProvide Clinical / Technical / Educational support to new and existing customers as needed.Provide support to other areas of the company as neededAct as primary commercial resource in absence of Territory Manager counterpartResponsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality systemKnowledge and Experience2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institutionRDMS in Abdomen/OB GYNRDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferredMust have at least three years' experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/ Vascular)Experience in dealing with numerous requirements and performing detailed prioritization is requiredAbility to understand both the clinical and business needs of the customer and Fujifilm Sonosite respectivelyAbility to translate customer needs into clear product requests is a mustSkills and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain positive customer relationships with all accountsEffectively and appropriately displays professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleaguesAbility to adapt to changing priorities and workloadsWorks in a well-organized manner and consistently meets customer and FUJIFILM Sonosite time requirementsAbility to travel 90% of the timeAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodationsSelf-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interactionRepresents FUJIFILM Sonosite in a highly professional mannerSalary and Benefits$90,000.00 – $125,000.00/yr depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).Insurance: Medical, Dental & VisionLife & Company paid DisabilityRetirement Plan (401k): 4% automatic Company contribution; Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salaryPaid Time Off: You can accrue up to 120 hours of PTO in your first year of employment; PTO increases based on years of serviceEmployee Choice Holidays: 32 hours additional paid time off, based on date of hire in the calendar yearPaid Holidays: Eight (8) paid holidays per yearApplicants to positions where vendor credentialing or other similar requirements exist to enter facilities will be required to comply with the credentialing requirements of the facilities, including complying with vaccine requirements.FUJIFILM Sonosite offers a fantastic compensation package, including benefits, and a 401k program.
