A Day in the Life as a Teller: You will connect with members through virtual channels, including video, chat, phone, email, and secure messaging delivering friendly and personalized service while assisting with account questions and resolving issues. Throughout the day, you will process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. You will identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services, maintain detailed records of interactions, and partner with internal teams to resolve more complex concerns. You will also stay up to date through ongoing training and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding goals related to accuracy and member satisfaction.
