Senior Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Senior Helpers - Naples & Bonita Springs is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team immediately. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities for companionship and support.
• Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to supervisors.
• Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Valid HHA or CNA certification.
• Previous experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours in Naples, FL.
