Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Construction Technology Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver in promoting cutting-edge construction technology solutions, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your passion for sales and customer service will help clients enhance their construction operations with innovative tools and system.

Duties

• Engage with construction professionals to understand their technology needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of advanced construction technology products and systems
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking
• Provide personalized consultations to ensure customers select the right solutions for their projects
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional support
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product information

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address client needs effectively
• Proven sales experience, preferably within construction or technology sectors
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets
• Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, or related technologies is a plus but not mandatory

established the first store in Ethridge, Montana in 1912, "The Ethridge Implement House". Their son Lloyd worked
at the store with them and took over the business in the late 1930's. The original store operated as a mercantile
store selling appliances, trucks and even airplanes until the 1960's when it became a pure farm implement dealer.
We believe our unique ownership of both farms and implement dealer sets us apart with the ability to see firsthand what
farmers and producers need to make them successful. We continue to operate a family farm in Ethridge, Montana and
Havre, Montana while continually working on improving farming processes with innovation and modern technology.
