Automotive Accounting Manager/Senior Associate Automotive ACCOUNTING MANAGER Passport Automotive Group We are an automotive group located in the Washington DC Metro area. We have renovated our BMW location and now include our accounting staff and corporate employees in one world class facility. We are seeking a talented applicant to fill our Accounting Manager role. Position Accounting Manager Job Description Demonstrate hands-on technical accounting knowledge and its application to the automotive dealership industry. Oversee and perform tasks to ensure financial functions are reconciled monthly, including cash, accounts receivables, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, manufacturer statements, vehicle sales and deal commissions, inter-company accounts. Perform month-end and year-end procedures, including timely submission of financial statements. Provide leadership and support to ensure the team achieves goals and objectives. Ensure proper internal controls are followed. Other duties as assigned. Salary 75k to 95k +++ yearly, with full benefits package. For the right automotive accounting manager/controller, this could move higher.
