Construction Superintendent in Laguna Hills

Job Description We are a reputable and fast-growing residential construction firm specializing in ground-up and large-scale renovation projects across the Los Angeles and Orange County regions. With a strong pipeline of multi-family developments, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-schedule, and on-budget projects. Position Overview The Construction Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires hands-on leadership, a deep understanding of multi-family construction processes, and strong coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
