Deliver big, strategically based creative ideas grounded in human truths. Craft engaging, client-centric content that moves people to action. Rigorously self-edit with attention to tone, brevity, and clarity-making every single word count. Manage projects independently while knowing when to seek collaboration and support. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in copywriting, demonstrating exceptional skill and impact. Proven expertise in creating best-in-class digital content across various platforms. Ability to strike a balance between meeting technical optimization requirements and delivering a deeply human experience. Experience using AI tools and systems to enhance efficiency and creativity, with a willingness to discover and share new approaches. Strong systems thinking and understanding of how to creatively maximize content management system capabilities. A portfolio showcasing past work that highlights craft, creativity, B2B writing proficiency, and strategic thinking, demonstrating your ability to elevate the creative quality of everything you touch. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Five or more years of professional B2B copywriting experience, ideally within financial services or corporate workplace solutions. Familiarity with best practices for content optimization and the B2B sales funnel. Experience with content management systems.
