You’ll receive mentorship while gradually taking on leadership and ownership responsibilities. State-of-the-Art Facilities: Our practice is equipped with advanced technology, including 4 iTero scanners, CBCT, and a Pan-Ceph combo, ensuring top-tier care for every patient. What You’ll Do: Comprehensive Orthodontic Care: Lead and deliver high-quality orthodontic services, including open and surgical cases, with an average of 50-60 surgical cases per year. Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of 4 Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to ensure an efficient and positive work environment. Patient Relationships: Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients, educate them on treatment options, and deliver the best care while treating them like family. Practice Growth: Help drive the practice’s growth by maintaining high standards of care, contributing to production goals, and building a loyal patient base.
