• Manage electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems efficiently to update patient information, document interactions, and ensure data accuracy
• Conduct data entry tasks swiftly and accurately to maintain comprehensive client records in compliance with privacy regulations
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to healthcare support through effective problem-solving and active listening
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies via phone to facilitate appointment scheduling, or follow-up communications
• Maintain detailed logs of all calls, actions taken, and follow-up requirements to ensure seamless communication flow

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse populations effectively, but not required
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) for documentation and communication purposes
• Excellent phone call management skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional communication standards
• Deep understanding of healthcare support processes, including health insurance procedures and medical terminology, training provided
• Experience with EMR/EHR management systems for accurate data entry and record keeping, training provided
• Prior call center experience is preferred to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey information clearly and empathetically
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting common issues during calls
• Strong customer service orientation combined with problem-solving abilities to address client concerns promptly
• Ability to analyze situations quickly, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to evolving workflows
• Fast typing skills combined with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record maintenance
