Must Have a New Mexico License in: LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT.

Provide mental health counseling/therapy to adults, adolescents, children and/or families (depending on experience and preference).

Create and maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours of treatment session. (Training will be provided for those not familiar with our EMR system and/or those that have never worked with Electronic Medical Records.)

Assessments and treatment plans.

Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.

Schedules are flexible. Onsite hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00am through 7:00pm

Onsite in Albuquerque are preferred, Hybrid and some Telehealth are possible.

Non-Independent level clinicians will be provided a required minimum of one hour of supervision per week. Supervision is provided free of charge by a LCSW or LPCC supervisor credentialed by the Mew Mexico RLS, NMSWBHE and the Arizona BBHE.

There is also one mandatory All Staff meeting once per month.

** We are offering a ($500) sign-on bonus for an onsite Child Therapist billing at least 8 hours per week for four months. An additional $500 bonus is provided after another four months, of billing at least 12 hours per week.

Dragonfly Counseling provides annual raises and bonuses, depending on case load, quality and attendance.
