Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Experience with prosthetic gait training
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Documentation: Paper documentation and point of service documentation
- Team-based setting with consistent pairing alongside an OT and assigned team techs
- Assignment length: 12 weeks

Location Highlights
Baton Rouge sits along the Mississippi River and serves as Louisiana’s capital, offering access to both downtown landmarks and regional travel routes. The Old Louisiana State Capitol is located downtown and features museum exhibits in a Gothic Revival building overlooking the river. Magnolia Mound is a preserved French Creole house museum located a short drive from central Baton Rouge and reflects the area’s early history.
