Title: Cultivation Associate Pay Rate: $16.00/hr Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt Multiple Departments Available: Nursery: Monday-Friday | 5:00am - 1:30pm Harvest: Monday-Friday | 5:00am - 1:30pm Understanding the Departments: Nursery: This is where plants start their life. You’ll work with young plants (clones), helping them root, grow, and get strong before moving to the next stage. Harvest: This is the final stage of the process. You’ll cut, trim, and prepare plants for drying and packaging, ensuring everything meets quality standards.
