Industrial Maintenance Technician-**South Carolina/WARD**

Facility Upkeep

Perform minor building maintenance (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used

Follow OSHA, USDA, state, and company safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout procedures)

Stand and walk for extended periods

Lift up to 50-75 lbs.

Work in cold, wet, and noisy environments (30F or lower)

Climb ladders and work at heights

Work is performed in a plant setting with moderate noise levels in the working environment

Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems

Familiarity with PLCs, servo motors, and industrial tools

Clear reporting and coordination with supervisors and production teams

High school diploma or GED; vocational training or technical certifications are a plus

13 years in industrial or food-grade maintenance preferred

Ability to read and write in English

Hand and power tools

Diagnostic meters

Forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts

CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks
