Two full-time contract opportunities are open for credentialed School Psychologists to provide vital support during maternity leaves at elementary campuses. These positions span diverse age groups and include a placement within a specialized programming setting, offering an excellent chance to expand your professional experience in a supportive educational community.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Adaptability to varied educational needs and settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological services to elementary students, including assessments, counseling, and development/implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and well-being
• Conduct and interpret psycho-educational assessments in alignment with district, state, and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
• Provide crisis intervention and consult on strategies for student support within both general and specialized programming environments
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records

These contract assignments run full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week). One position is expected to start in early November (pending medical clearance) through early May, and the other runs from early February through June 4, 2027.
