Our environment is filled with hard-working, dynamic individuals who come together to ensure the success of our partner dermatologists.Job DescriptionEscort patients to exam roomsAssist physicians with exams and procedures, administer medications, and perform tests.Assist patients with questions about medications and wound care.File charts; ensure all related reports, labs, and information are available in patients' medical records before their appointmentTake telephone messages; provide feedback and answer patient/physician/pharmacy callsProcess messages from patients and front office staff to physiciansClean and restock examination roomsSterilize instrumentsQualificationsExceptional customer service and phone etiquetteAbility to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flowExcellent computer skillsJob Type: Full-time: Monday-Friday Pay starting at $20/hrExperience: 1+ year(s) of Medical Assistant experience (Required) Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and OSHA regulation (Required) EMR experience (Required) Dermatology experience (Preferred) Front desk experience (Preferred)Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelor's degree (preferred)Certifications/Licenses: Medical Assisting Certification (Preferred)All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
