You will drive solutions across digital experiences, partner integrations, enrollment and activation, fulfillment services, servicing operations, reporting, and data platforms. You'll collaborate across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and external partners to deliver scalable outcomes.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities aligned to customer needs, business outcomes, and platform scalabilityLead product discovery to evaluate new partner benefit opportunities and shape solution approachesOwn end-to-end delivery for capabilities spanning partner onboarding, enrollment and activation, fulfillment, servicing, and reportingTranslate customer and business needs into clear requirements, success measures, dependencies, and delivery plansPartner closely with technology teams throughout the software development lifecycle to drive secure and resilient solutionsEstablish strong governance, managing scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs across a complex stakeholder ecosystemLead partner-facing product discussions on integration approach, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch supportDefine and track key performance indicators for engagement, utilization, operational effectiveness, and product performanceDrive continuous improvement across product processes, operational readiness, and customer experiencesBuild alignment across product, technology, operations, data, risk, compliance, marketing, finance, and partner teams to remove blockersMentor and develop product talent through coaching, feedback, and accountabilityRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience7 years of product management experience delivering digital products, platforms, or enterprise capabilitiesDemonstrated experience defining product strategy and translating business needs into roadmaps and executable plansExperience working in Agile delivery environments and partnering with technology teams across the software development lifecycleProven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groupsExperience with partner integrations, API-enabled solutions, and/or large-scale operational processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluating trade-offs across customer experience, business value, and operational efficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready updates and recommendationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authorityHigh ownership mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in financial services, card products, benefits, loyalty, rewards, digital commerce, and/or partner ecosystemsExperience leading partner-facing product initiatives and complex third-party integrationsKnowledge of enrollment, activation, fulfillment, servicing, and/or customer engagement platformsExperience with APIs, cloud-based services, and authentication technologiesExperience with data platforms and reporting ecosystemsExperience supporting platform modernization, migration, and/or transformation initiativesFamiliarity with customer journey design, operational readiness, and launch managementApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
