Responsibilities Install and configure audio‑visual systems for residential and commercial clients. Program control systems and ensure seamless integration with existing technology. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support during and after installations. Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and project specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of installations and programming changes. Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends. Assist in training clients on system operation and functionality. Requirements Proven experience in AV installation and programming, with a strong technical background. Familiarity with control systems such as Control4, Savant, or similar platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Certifications in AV technology or related fields are a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
