Dental hygienist

Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, while ensuring patient comfort.
Diagnostic Support: Take high-quality digital radiographs and perform intraoral screenings and periodontal assessments.
Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral health and systemic wellness.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the Dentist to develop comprehensive treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
Preventative Care: Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventative materials as prescribed.
Sterilization: Maintain a sterile environment by following all OSHA and CDC guidelines for instrument processing and operatory turnover.

full-time $43 - $50 per hour

Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Valid State of Michigan Dental Hygienist License.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).

Local Anesthesia Certification.
Experience with digital charting and dental practice management software.
Nitrous Oxide sedation monitoring certification.
