Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience in school-based OT or working with children in educational settings preferred
• Understanding of evaluation, intervention, and supervision practices for pediatric populations
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to organize and balance multiple caseloads efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students ages 3–14 to determine their needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Provide supervision for therapy assistants as required by state guidelines
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student learning and participation in school activities
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress—adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and expertise to guide student goals
• Ensure adherence to all district, state, and federal compliance standards
