Learn more at Who You Are: You are an empathetic and attentive caregiver with a passion for supporting children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs) in their homes. The Role: In this role, you will provide in‑home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team. Services may include: personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. *Services provided are non‑medical* What You Bring to the Table: Reliability and punctuality Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired) Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability‑related experience Proof of a negative TB test is required in accordance with Regional Center regulations (requirements may vary by location). If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates. Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification(s) – reimbursement available! Pay rates for this position are set by assignment and may vary depending on client location and services required. Expected CA pay rate for current assignments is set at:
