At Dover Counseling Services, we believe therapy is meaningful work that touches lives. For over eleven years, our practice has been a trusted place for healing and hope in the Wiregrass, and we've watched God do remarkable things through the care our clinicians provide. The need for strong marriage and couples work in our community has grown beyond what we can currently meet we have couples on a waiting list, ready and willing to invest in their relationships. We're looking for the right therapist to help us meet that need.

We are a Christian private practice, and while we serve clients of every belief system with respect and compassion, our heart is faith-integrated care for those who want it. *About the Role*

This is a part-time, in-person position at our Enterprise office, focused primarily on couples and marriage counseling. Because the demand is already here, the right person will step into an existing stream of referrals rather than building a caseload from scratch. This is a W-2 employee role not a contract position with the support, structure, and community that comes with being part of a team.

*Who We're Looking For*

A fully licensed therapist in Alabama LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.

A genuine heart and gifting for couples and marriage work.

Comfort integrating faith into the counseling process when clients desire it.

A clinician who leads with professionalism, integrity, and warmth and who values honest, direct communication.

Someone eager to keep growing, and to challenge and encourage the team around them.
