Radiology Technologist Job Summary And Qualifications We are seeking a Radiology Technologist whose primary function is to obtain medical radiographs in a hospital setting. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care while obtaining correctly positioned and adequately exposed radiographs and for keeping current with new technology. You will assist the Radiologist or physician, as necessary. You will be expected to be competent in transporting patients and assisting in registration of patients. You will be expected to be competent in processing, copying and releasing of radiology images and CDs. You may be asked to assist the Radiologist or physician to assist in invasive procedures. You may be asked to do vital signs, prepare and assist in the administration of contrast media.
