Position Overview

The Office Manager will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily operations, front office systems, team coordination, scheduling efficiency, patient relations, and overall office performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, confident in leadership, and experienced in managing dental office workflows and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front office operations
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
• Lead and support administrative team members
• Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections oversight
• Monitor office KPIs, production, and collections
• Coordinate team training and accountability systems
• Ensure exceptional patient communication and customer service
• Assist in implementing systems, protocols, and operational processes for a new startup practice
• Maintain professionalism and positivity in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of PPO insurance, treatment planning, and collections
• Experience with dental software systems (Dentrix, Open Dental)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Startup or growth-practice experience is a plus
