We are seeking a Client Service Associate to assist in providing excellent service to our clients. If you want to join a Financial Planning Team that is dedicated to their clients & staff and has created a culture of success, this may be a good fit for you!Compensation:Salary range of $65K-80K, commensurate with relevant experienceGreat Work/Life Balance with a Monday-Friday ScheduleGroup Medical insuranceRetirement plan with matching contributionsGenerous PTO Policy & Paid HolidaysSmall, cohesive team environmentResponsibilities include:Assist clients with account openings, transfers, deposits, and withdrawalsLead new client onboarding processAudit clients' portals for broken links and missing dataTrack and confirm year-end RMDs and IRA contributionsCoordinate proactive client touchpointsCompile and organize tax docs and client return preparationSchedule client meetings and manage the firm's calendarMaintain our CRM, ensuring meeting notes and docs are stored accuratelyAct as the primary point person for our custodians: Schwab and FidelityRequirements:2 years of financial services experienceAbility to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlinesOrganization skills & attention to detailAbility to anticipate client and advisor needsAbility to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time – we do not micromanageAbility to learn and implement new technology and softwareAbility to communicate well and work in a collaborative environmentAbility to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacyThe Process:Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15–30-minute zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance, you will meet with the leadership team.
