Role Description The Pediatric Dental Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front and back-office operations in a busy pediatric dental practice. This full-time, on-site role includes managing appointment schedules, patient flow, and reception activities to support a smooth experience for children and families. The Office Manager oversees correct billing, maintains patient records, and ensures compliance with office policies and dental regulations. This role also involves supervising and supporting administrative staff, collaborating with clinical team members, resolving patient concerns, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Dental Practice Management and Practice Management skills, including experience coordinating daily operations in a dental or medical office.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with children, caregivers, and team members.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Dental Care workflows, terminology, and pediatric dental office procedures.
• Candidates should have proficiency with scheduling and practice management software, and basic competency with billing, insurance, and patient record systems.
• Relevant experience in pediatric or family-focused healthcare settings is beneficial, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
