Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors. Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and floor mats. Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and chrome accessories. Apply protective finishes to ensure long‑lasting shine and protection. Inspect vehicles for defects or areas needing attention. Use appropriate cleaning products and tools for each task, maintaining safety and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace. Adhere to company policies, including safety and health regulations. Report damage or issues to management immediately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction. Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and passion for vehicle care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Job Requirements Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Capability to perform simple and fine motor hand manipulations. Work in ventilated automotive repair shops, refurbishing facilities, or outdoors. Ability to operate detailing equipment and tools. Drug Policy All applicants being considered for employment must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check. Compensation The starting compensation is expected to be $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
