Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried team members in a fast-paced resort and casino environment. You will manage bi-weekly payroll processing, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, tribal, and gaming regulations, and oversee payroll tax reporting and reconciliations. Partnering with HR and Finance, you will resolve payroll issues, maintain internal controls, support audits, and drive process improvements. You’ll lead and mentor payroll staff, supporting our guest-first, team-oriented culture while safeguarding sensitive data and enhancing payroll efficiency.
