You'll be an active part of the production process-turning CAD renderings into real-world results

Transform raw ideas into precision-built realities by empowering our people-from entry-level drafters to experienced machinists-to learn, grow, and lead with craftsmanship, accountability, and pride. What You'll Be Doing (And Learning on the Way)

• Convert completed CAD renderings into machine-ready files (G-code) so our shop floor runs like a dream.
• Save and organize your programs into machine-specific folders so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
• Double-check CAD accuracy against real-world field drawings and order pecs-your eyes catch what others miss.
• Work with high-volume workflows without getting overwhelmed-this is where your attention to detail shines.
• Cross-train and level up your skills-no getting boxed into one role here.

What are we looking for:

(Don't worry-we'll teach you the rest)
• High school diploma or technical school coursework in AutoCAD (even just one semester helps).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong follow-through-you finish what you start.
• Time management skills-you can prioritize, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently but not afraid to ask questions.
• Curiosity to learn and the drive to improve-not just do the bare minimum.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment where details matter.
