Position Definition: TheCleaning Staffshall be responsible for all cleaning activities for CLIU #21 office locations. Relationship: TheCleaning Staffshall be directly responsible to the Operations Manager. Qualifications: Education/Experience:

• Experience in all aspects of cleaning buildings.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.

• Ability to independently ambulate in and around work locations.

• Ability to travel to and from assigned work locations without employer support.

Authority: TheCleaning Staffwill have the authority to perform all functions listed below in accordance with established policies and procedures. Functions/Duties/Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function/duty/responsibility at acceptable standards. • Cleans CLIU #21 office locations, including, but not limited to, rest rooms, floors, offices, conference rooms, kitchen areas, lobby, loading dock, and all-purpose room.

• Disposes of all trash and recycling into dumpsters.

• Works with the Operations Manager on semi-annual building cleaning projects.

• Responsible for building security after building staff leaves the premises.

Secondary:

• Makes coffee for groups and cleans up when finished.

• Assists visitors who are using the facility in the evening.
